It starts from Tabletop position by all fours.
Spread your fingers and press them.
Go down by your belly and carry your chest upside.
Stay connected at the bottom through your hands as widen your shoulders.
Let lift your neck to look ahead, and brittle out your lower back.
Look up as high as you can without straining.
Take your shoulders away from ears.
