Cat pose ( Marjariasana) : Yoga

This asana is one type of "Forward-bend" asana.

It actives the third chakra of the human body, known as "Solar Plexus" as well as in the Sanskrit language is known as "Manipura chakra".

Cat Pose asana is also known as Marjariasana.

This yoga is starting from as tabletop asana.
If you have back and neck related problems then refer your doctor or your yoga teacher.







Tips for doing Marjariasana:

  •  Push into your hands to circle your upper back,
  •  As the cord was brought by the middle of your back to the peak.
  •  Let lose your head and tuck your chin to breast,
  •  Embrace your belly on the way of the spine.
